As far as the photographs placed by the petitioner/applicant in person on record at page Nos.12, 13, 14 and 15 are concerned, the Executive Engineer Shri P. R. Kelkar through the Additional Government Pleader Shri A. S. Fulzele has assured that the small bridge which is reflected in the aforesaid photographs was not part of the scheduled work. Still the contractor from his own funds so as to facilitate the commuters has executed the same. He would claim that appropriate repairs to the said bridge shall be carried out within a reasonable period.

We accept the aforesaid statement. The communication dated 23/07/2024 in that regard under the signature of the Executive Engineer is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. 3.
