It is seen from the case diary that at this stage no overt act has been attributed to the applicant in the assault allegedly launched on the complainant and his friends. Therefore, in my view, this applicant deserves to be granted anticipatory bail. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.125/2016 registered against him and others at police station Rajura for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the following conditions.:

1. The applicant shall attend police station Rajura on every Saturday and Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. and also on such other occasions as may be required, till the charge-sheet is filed.

2. The applicant shall cooperate with the police in the investigation, and

3. He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. JUDGE wwl
