Parties state that in view of orders passed today in Writ Petition No.4630 of 2015, the petition can be allowed in same terms.

Accordingly, for the reasons recorded in the said order, we direct petitioner in the present matter to appear before respondent no.2 - Collector for consideration of his application on 4th of April, 2016. Respondent no.3 or its representative shall appear on that date.

Respondent No.2 - Collector or the competent authority under it shall look into the application of petitioner, examine the grievance of the petitioner and take suitable decision upon it within next two months.

With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Chute.
