The petitioner has filed the petition to issue Writ of Habeas Corpus.

We are informed that the petitioner has been released on bail. Thus, nothing survives in the petition.

Nonetheless, petitioner's counsel sought time. 4.

Stand over to 27.09.2025."

Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that there are other grievances and ancillary issues as well which would require consideration by this Court. One such grievance is the manner in which the respondents have committed atrocities on the petitioners. According to him, a complaint to that effect was lodged with Commissioner of Police, Nagpur, who has taken cognizance of the complaint and appointed Inquiry Officer who has conducted the inquiry. Accordingly, he intends to amend the petition. 3.

In our view, the purpose of filing the petition has been served because the petitioner has been released on bail. Consequential issues, if any, can be pursued before the appropriate Court. The petitioner can also avail remedy under Section 175 (3) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, if so desired.

With the aforesaid observations, we dispose of the petition.
