This Petition is filed for a direction to the RespondentBank to comply with the time mandate given in the order dated 20 August 2020. By the said order, the Respondent- Bank was directed to complete the process of filling up 105 posts. The grievance of the Petitioner is that even though the examination for filling up the posts is held, the results have not been declared and the process is not completed within the stipulated period. 2.
The learned Counsel for the Respondent- Bank states that the time stipulated could not be adhered to in view of the fact that subsequently an Administrator was appointed on the Respondent
05.02wp3026 of 2020.odt No.3- Bank and Civil Application was filed for modification of the stipulation. He states that by order dated 28 October 2020, it was clarified that the stipulation contained in the order dated 20 August 2020 would come into effect from the date on which the election process is over. Therefore, the only modification would be that the process is to be completed within three months from the date the election process is over. We are informed the election process is over and the elected Board has taken the charge from 4 January 2021. That being the position, the period of three months will commence from 4 January 2021, which position the learned Counsel for the Respondent- Bank accepts. 3.
