This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application, after six months, if there is no progress in the trial.
