DATE : 16/09/2021 Civil Application (caw) No.1297 of 2021 By this application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 45 days in bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3 on record. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay is condoned.

Civil Application (caw) No.1299 of 2021 This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3 on record, who has passed away on 21.4.2021. For the reasons stated in the application the same is allowed, the legal heirs be brought on record today itself.

Upon the same being done, issue notice to the added legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.3, returnable in two weeks.

Interim order to continue for two weeks more.
