Considering the prayers made in the writ petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, to take a decision on the proposal for grant of approval submitted by the petitioner no.1 for the appointment of the petitioner no.3 in the petitioner no.2-School as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 3.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
