Shri M.K. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition the respondents-tenants have surrendered the tenancy and they have already vacated the premises. He further submits that the petitioner has got possession of the premises in question. In view of this, he has instructions from the petitioner not to press this writ petition. (2) The statement is accepted.

(3) The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.
