Heard.

The learned counsel for the parties state that the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed in view of the issuance of the Government Resolution, dated 04/02/2015 whereby the arrears of gratuity amount is made payable to the employees.

Shri Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents, states that in terms of the Government Resolution, dated 04/02/2015, the respondents are releasing the arrears of gratuity to the employees. If that be so, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of gratuity to the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of four months.

Order accordingly. No costs.
