After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that applicant, who is a grown up man is subjected for sexual harassment by the school going child, who is studying in 9th Standard. The allegations are also severe in nature.

In view of that, I have shown my disinclination for grant of bail. However, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to move before the Sessions Court after evidence of the victim is recorded.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
