Initially, the petitioner had challenged the order of suspension, pending enquiry. It is stated that the enquiry has commenced and the petitioner is now desirous of appearing before the Enquiry Committee and defending the charges. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, in view of the subsequent developments. Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
