After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial 4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application and considering the applicant is behind bar since 27/10/2022, learned trial Court shall make every endeavour to expedite the trial by securing the presence of the accused from jail.
