The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 84/2018 registered with the Police Station Bhandara, Tahsil and District Bhandara for offence punishable under section 409, 420 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 66(2) of the Information Technology Act. It is not in dispute that it was the applicant who lodged the initial complaint with the General Manager of the Bank. No incriminating material is brought to my notice to prima facie connect the applicant with the crime. The application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 84/2018 the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. The applicant shall report at Police Station Bhandara, Tahsil and District Bhandara as and when required by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner. JUDGE NSN
