The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 08.07.2019, by which services of the petitioner who is serving as Under Graduate Teacher have been transferred from the School at Kekatpur Panchayat Samiti, Amravati to the School at Kund Panchayat Samiti, Dharni. According to the petitioner, in view of the Government Resolution dated 15.02.2018 the services of the petitioner who is lady should not have been transferred at Kund which is a difficult place already notified.

It is seen that the petitioner on 09.10.2020 has made a representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amrvati seeking re-consideration of the order of transfer coupled with the fact that her husband is serving at another Zilla Parishad School at Amravati.

In these facts, we find that the interests of justice would be served by directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioner' s representation dated 09.10.2020 in accordance with prevailing SMGate
44wp 5532.2021.odt transfer policy within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.

Rule is disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
