By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the Scrutiny Committee to decide his tribe claim within a stipulated time as the same is pending since December, 2023.

Considering the reliefs claimed in this petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as that of belonging to '

Thakur' Scheduled Tribe within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
