The present petition challenges an order passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records, Nagpur Division, Nagpur in a revenue application. After the matter is heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a revision both from the order dated 21st April, 2016 passed on his review application and the original order dated 30th November, 2015 passed under Section 247 on his appeal before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The ad-interim relief granted in terms of prayer clause (E) of the petition on 24th February, 2017 shall continue to operate for a period of four weeks from today. JUDGE Tambaskar.
