Mr A.R. Patil, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent no.4 submits that the petitioner was granted admission in M.E. (Digital Electronics) course, in compliance with the interim order passed by this Court dated 11th May 2008 and by this time, the petitioner has not only completed the course successfully but also been awarded the relevant degree. It is also submitted by him that the Writ Petition having been rendered infructuous, the same may be disposed of keeping open the question of law.
