This is an application filed by original respondent No.1 for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court. Learned counsel for appellant submits that he has no objection for respondent No.1 to withdraw 50% of the amount subject to usual undertaking.

In view thereof, the application is allowed.

Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court subject to filing of usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
