Since the writ petitioners have already secured the admission, we are of the opinion that the grievance to be addressed at by way of reliefs has become infructuous. However, the report of the Caste Scrutiny Committee, if adverse to the petitioners, will be different task for them in order to have safe journey. According to them, their applications or the proceedings for scrutinizing the claim of the petitioners are pending since 2013. Neither the averments nor the relief sought in the present petition of
2/2 WPs4928-2929.16 the petitioners are directed towards the delay in getting the result before the Caste Scrutiny Committee. If there are any deficits in conducting the proceedings before the Caste Scrutiny Committee, probably the petitioners have to approach via different writ petition and it cannot be granted in the present petition based upon the facts raised in the writ petition. With these observations, the writ petitions are disposed of.
