Shri Lonare, learned AGP submits that the order has been complied with. Petitioner has been reinstated and back-wages have been paid.

Shri Almelkar, learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute this and submits that a small amount has remained to be recovered by petitioner but petitioner is giving up the said claim. In view of the above, no purpose would be served in proceeding further.

Contempt Petition No.242/2016 stands disposed of. No costs.
