The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the petitioner has made certain wide prayers in the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if this Court directs the Education Officer to decide the representations made by the petitioner on 04/02/2015 and 20/05/2015 under Rule 12(3) of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 within a time frame.

Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Education Officer (Secondary), Nagpur to decide the representations of the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of four months after hearing the petitioner, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 and the other parties that may be affected.

Order accordingly. No costs.
