Applicants/appellants are entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,13,631/- deposited in this Court. The Correction carried out as per Court order dated 26.08.2024 applicants - Sundara Kewaldas Pakmode has been married and now her name is Priti W/o Kevaldas Pisdurkar. The Registry of this Court is directed to pay the said amount of as per the change name of the applicant - Priti W/o Kevaldas Pisdurkar.
