Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the period of contract is over, the present writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, he submits that the matter may be disposed of.

On the other hand, Ms. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in the reply certain serious allegations are made against the petitioner particularly the way in which the pettioner has conducted itself in the present matter. She, therefore, submits that if this Court is going to dispose of the present writ petition as infructuous, liberty may be granted to the respondent to agitate, his grievance SKNair
