DATE : FEBRUARY 04, 2020 Challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order dated 18/12/2018 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Gondia in the matter of petitioner's appointment as Aanganwadi Sevika.

On behalf of the respondents it is submitted that the petitioner had challenged the aforesaid order dated 18/12/2018 by filing an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner. That appeal has been decided on 29/05/2019. The order passed by the Chief Executive Officer has therefore been confirmed. In effect the petitioner if aggrieved would be required to challenge the order dated 29/05/2019.

In view of this the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 29/05/2019 if so desired. The points raised are kept open. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Asmita
