This civil application seeks amendment of the writ petition so as to include subsequent developments which have occurred after the order passed by the court in the writ petition on 01/10/2016.

In pursuance of this order, the petitioner appeared before the Revisional Authority on 17/10/2016 and a hearing was thereafter fixed and held and by his revisional order dated 20/04/2017, the revision was dismissed by the Authority. The petitioner wants to bring on record these facts.

Civil application is allowed in terms of the prayer.

1408 WP 5730-2016 2/2 Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

Amended copy of the petition be served on the respondents.

The petition to come up on board for admission on 11/09/2017.

In the meantime till the next date, the impugned order shall remain stayed.
