The present application is for relaxation of the condition which was imposed on the appellant while releasing him on bail in the event of his arrest. While deciding the Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA) No.85/2023 dated 02.03.2023, this Court has imposed the condition that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 3.00 and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

Learned Counsel Shri Bhise for the applicant submitted that now the applicant has filed an application for quashing of the FIR bearing Criminal Application (APL) No.434/2023, in the said application, the State has filed reply and made a statement that now the investigation is completed. As in the said application, the

(2) 10.appp.985.2023 order is passed not to file charge-sheet without obtaining leave of this Court, therefore, charge-sheet is not filed. 3.

Considering the contents of the application and the submissions made by the investigating agency in the Criminal Application (APL) No.434/2023, the application deserves to be partly allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order.

(i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) The condition imposed that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 3.00 and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet, is modified as below:- The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required for the investigation purpose.

The application is disposed of.
