After hearing the learned Senior Advocate for the applicant for some time and on expressing disinclination to grant anticipatory bail, the learned Senior Advocate for the applicant on instruction seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

He further prays for extension of interim protection granted to the applicant for 10 days to enable him to surrender either before the police or trial Court. He further requests for direction to the trial Court that in case applicant moves an application for regular bail, SKNair

Applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application.

Interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 19th July, 2022 is extended for 10 days from today, to enable the applicant to surrender either before the police or trial Court and same shall stand vacated automatically after expiry of 10 days. 6.

Trial Court is requested to decide the application, if any, filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail, within three days, providing the applicant shall supply the copy of application to the concerned Additional Public Prosecutor three days in advance. 7.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
