Perused the earlier order passed in the writ petition. An undertaking has been furnished by the respondent No. 4 today stating therein that until appropriate permission is received by the respondent No. 4 for undertaking the activity of the Ginning and Pressing, the godown in question would be utilized for purposes of agricultural use. In the light of this undertaking, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance as raised in the petition does not survive.

In view of the undertaking, the respondent No. 1 shall direct removal of the seal that is put on the premises of the godown by respondent No. 4. Similarly, respondent No. 3 shall take necessary steps to restore the electricity supply. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. JUDGE JUDGE Gohane.
