In view of this development, Shri Dhore, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioners as also respondent no. 3, employee may be required to challenge this communication. He points out that this Court has protected the management in the matter by passing interim order on 12-12-2014. He seeks .....2/-

Learned Government Pleader is opposing grant of any interim protection.
However, considering the fact that management has already protected and interim order is still operating, we continue this order till 15-6-2015.
