It is stated on behalf of the parties that the issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition No.4513 of 2014 and this Court has, by the judgment dated 24.06.2015, dismissed the writ petition filed by the Union of India and has confirmed the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 24.06.2015 in Writ Petition No.4513 of 2014, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
