The application filed by the applicant under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Sessions Court is pending. The applicant has filed present application as the Sessions Court has not granted interim protection to the applicant.

The learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. have submitted that the application of the applicant before the Sessions Court is kept on 20th July, 2017.

In the above facts, without adverting to the merits of the matter, following order is passed: It is directed that in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.151/2017 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on provisional bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) till the decision of Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.178/2017 pending before the Sessions

The learned Additional Sessions Judge shall dispose of the Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.178/2017 till 29th July, 2017.

The application is disposed of in the above terms.
