In view of the oldest document in relation to Ajab s/o Sitaram Tayawade of the year 1941 wherein the caste is recorded as "Thakur having dated 12th July, 1929 which is in the form of the School Leaving Certificate of Municipal School No.6, Amravati, we deem it appropriate to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 9th June, 2022 as the Committee must decide the claim of the petitioner as that of belonging to Amravati district. 3.

We direct the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 9th September, 2024.

The Committee must decide the claim of the petitioner within three months thereafter.
