Heard. Perused the contents of the application. Since by a direction in the writ petition, the respondents were directed to pay the dues to the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount. It appears that the amount liable to be paid in terms of the order in Writ Petition No.3162 of 2012 and 4915 of 2012 has been deposited in Contempt Petition No.106 of 2014. The Office to take a note of this fact and permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount.

The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
