By this application, applicant No.1/respondent seeks speaking to minutes of order dated 2.9.2013 whereby the applicant was permitted to withdraw the amount subject to furnishing surety to the satisfaction of the learned reference Court. Learned counsel for applicant No.1/respondent submits that since the amount is deposited in this Court, surety is to be furnished before this Court.

In view of above, pursuant to the order dated 2.9.2013, 50% of the amount is permitted to be withdrawn by applicant No.1/respondent subject to applicant's furnishing surety to the satisfaction of the .....2/-
