After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Considering the applicant is behind bar since last two years and there is no progress in the trial, the trial Court shall expedite the trial.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after nine months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
