JULY 29, 2025 CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 1064/2025 The learned Counsel appearing for nonapplicant no.1 submits that pursuant to order dated 20/9/2024, it was directed that not to file complaint/report with the concerned Magistrate without seeking leave of this Court, but the investigation may go on.
