The petition has been filed with grievance that when petitioner reported back after enjoying leave she was not permitted to join.

Advocate Shri Kilor, upon instructions, states that in the meanwhile, the petitioner has been allowed to join but her salary thereafter has not been released.

Without observing anything on correctness of contentions, we grant petitioner leave to make appropriate representation to respondent no.2.

4.

If such representation is made within three weeks from today, respondent no.2 shall look into it and pass suitable orders after hearing the petitioner as also respondent no.3 within next three months.
