This is an application for seeking early hearing of the writ petition. The petitioner/applicant contends that there is an urgency in the matter, because he stood retired on 31/05/2021 and due to pendency of the writ petition, his retiral benefits are not being processed and paid to him by the respondents.

02] Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the application is allowed and the writ petition is directed to be included in the list of final hearing cases in the week commencing from 11th April, 2022.
