After arguing for some time, when I expressed that I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, the learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions for expeditious decision of the matter pending before the Family Court are issued, and sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. The Family Court is directed to dispose Petition No. A-1014/2016 till 30/03/2020.
