The present application is filed by the learned counsel for respondent no. 3 for grant of permission to deposit the balance amount of compensation.

By the judgment and order dated 06/11/2020, the First Appeal No. 976 of 2007 came to be disposed of by this Court and the respondent no. 3 was directed to deposit the balance amount within stipulated period i.e. within a period of three months. But it could not be deposited by the respondent no. 3. 3.

Today, respondent no. 3 is ready with the cheque and it will be deposited in this Court within a period of one week. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.

5. CAF 1651.2022 in FA 976.2007(D) 4.

The respondent no. 3 is permitted to deposit the cheque of balance amount in this Court within a period of one week. 5.

After depositing the cheque of balance amount, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the same.

If there is any dispute about the amount, the appellant is at liberty to move necessary application.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
