This is an application for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration.

There is a delay of 1337 days. However, no explanation has been offered for such a huge and inordinate delay. The learned counsel for the applicant tried to orally explained the delay which cannot be accepted and permitted unless such reasons are pleaded. In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to file a fresh application giving satisfactory reason for such delay.

Permission is granted.
