DATED : 14-06-2023 The grievance in the petition is that the respondents are not releasing pensionary benefits to the petitioner after he was exonerated from the departmental enquiry.

The learned Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 Mr. Amol Deshpande submits that the sanction and all the pensionary benefits have been approved by respondent 1. Since respondent 1 has no fund and proposal has been sent to the Deputy Director. The learned Counsel for respondent 1 submits that as and when the amount will be received, all the pensionary benefits will be released to the petitioner. 3.
We hereby direct the respondents to release all the pensionary benefits in favour of the petitioner
2 wp4421.22 along with interest as contemplated under Section 129-A and 129-B of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982 within three months from the date of this order.
