This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. The delay in filing the appeal is of 15 days. The notice on this application was issued to the respondent no.1. In spite of service, respondent no.1 is not putting his appearance before this Court. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

Perused the contents of the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the application for

condonation of delay is allowed. The delay of fifteen days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Registry is directed to register the appeal.
