Heard.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 279 of 2018 registered with the Lakkadganj Police Station for offence punishable under section 325, 326 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having perused the material on record, I find that the applicant is not attributed the role of the assailant, the injury, even according to the prosecution, is caused by the co-accused Abhishek.

In this view of the matter, this application shall have to be allowed. The application is allowed. In the event of arrest in Crime 279 of 2018, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. The applicant to attend Police Station Lakkadganj as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
