DATE : 24.07.2024 This is an application for early hearing on the ground that respondent No.1 has been diagnosed with the kidney cancer and is under great stress. The appeal is of the year 2015. In view of that, the appeal be expedited.

Learned APP strongly objected for the same. Considering the pendency before this Court of appeals from 2004 and the present appeal is also of the year 2004.
