DATE : 09/06/2022 The Company was ordered to be wound up as per the order dated 12/02/1962. Yet the claims from the creditors and workers were not called as on today. The Official Liquidator is having certain funds in the credit of the Company. Hence the prayer is allowed.

Claims from the workmen and creditors be called by issuing an advertisement in three newspapers mentioned in paragraph No.7 of the Report.

Necessary charges be incurred from the fund of the Company available with Official Liquidator.
