This is an application for amendment filed in view of the subsequent event namely issuance of Government Resolution dated 27.05.2025, whereby the transfer order dated 21.12.2024 came to be cancelled and directed that a fresh process be undertaken. 3.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Amendment be carried out within a week.

Amended copy be served to the Government Pleader's Office within two weeks.

Place this matter on 27.06.2025.

In the meantime, the Assistant Government Pleader shall file composite reply to the petition as well as to the amended portion of the petition.

If any further process is adopted by the respondent-authority in view of the Government Resolution dated 27.05.2025, the same shall be subject to the result of the present petition.
