The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 01.04.2021 by which the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.02021 came to be rejected by the respondents. 3.

From the perusal of the order dated 01.04.2021, it is quite clear that concerned authority has not even considered petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2021. This is because the petitioner had not even raised any ground concerning the health of his mother.

Learned counsel for the respondents quite fairly states that now, the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2021 will be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from today on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The aforesaid statement is accepted.

We further direct the respondents petitioner's representation should be considered having regard to our order dated 04.03.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.3461 of 2020 and also relevant circulars as may be applicable. 7.

The concerned respondents should communicate their decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 8.

The petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
