By order dated 9th April 2019, this Court granted interim order in favour of the petitioner subject to deposit of 50% of the amount of salary as awarded by the Industrial Court, within 8 weeks. The petitioner has not deposited the amount within 8 weeks and now this application is filed praying that the time to deposit the amount be extended. It is stated in the application that cheque for the amount required to be deposited was handed over to the Advocate for the petitioner, however, it was misplaced and located on 21st June, 2019 and immediately, the application is filed.

The petitioner is permitted to deposit the amount, if deposited till 24th July 2019. If the petitioner fails to deposit the amount till 24th July 2019, interim order granted by this Court on 9th April, 2019 shall cease
